How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@arcane-archives.com
2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
4. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date
• You have a valid order number and proof of purchase
• Your account is in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your payment will be returned to your original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Your access to The Arcane Archives will be revoked immediately
• All your progress and data will be deleted from the platform

Important Notes

Refund Window: Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase. You can cancel anytime.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your statement.

One-Time Refund: If you receive a refund and decide to purchase again in the future, you will not be eligible for another refund.

No Partial Refunds

As we offer a monthly subscription, we do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds based on usage. Refunds are prorated based on usage within the 30-day window.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Abuse of the refund policy
• Fraudulent activity
• Requests made after the 30-day window
